The client

Trivandi is a leading consultancy specialising in major event and venue management for global events. Following a brand relaunch, they wanted a digital presence that matched their new identity and clearly communicated their value to clients planning the world's biggest moments.

The challenge

The existing website looked dated, lacked intuitive navigation and failed to communicate the value proposition. Worse, it ran on a cumbersome content management system that made even simple updates slow and dependent on developers.

A brand relaunch is only as convincing as the site that carries it. Trivandi's new identity deserved a digital home that felt as considered and confident as the consultancy itself. We led with user experience design, reshaping how the firm tells its story to the people planning the world's biggest events.

The build

  • A new site built on Sanity CMS, freeing the team from a cumbersome legacy system.
  • User-centric design with intuitive navigation that surfaces Trivandi's event-management expertise.
  • A flexible content backend so the team can update pages without developer help.
  • A responsive, performance-optimised front end that looks sharp on every device.

The result

Trivandi now has a modern, user-friendly site that reflects their rebranded identity and communicates their value with clarity — and a content workflow their own team controls, so the site can keep pace with the business.

The approach

01

UX-led redesign

We restructured the site around clear, intuitive navigation and a design that reflects the rebranded identity — making Trivandi's event-management expertise immediately legible to prospective clients.

02

Sanity CMS foundation

We rebuilt the site on a flexible Sanity CMS backend, replacing the cumbersome legacy system so the team can publish and update content quickly, without engineering support.

03

Responsive, performant build

We delivered a responsive Next.js front-end tuned for performance across devices, so the brand reads as sharp on a boardroom screen as on a phone.

Questions

Do you offer Sanity CMS development in the UAE?

Yes. Karve is a Dubai-based agency specialising in Sanity CMS website development for clients across the UAE and beyond, including consultancies like Trivandi.

Why move from a traditional CMS to Sanity?

A headless CMS like Sanity lets your team publish and update content quickly without waiting on developers, while a Next.js front-end keeps the site fast. For Trivandi, this replaced a slow, cumbersome legacy system.

Can you redesign a website to match a new brand identity?

Yes. We led a UX-driven redesign that expressed Trivandi's rebranded identity across the whole site, from navigation to layout, so the digital presence matched the new positioning.

How long does a Sanity CMS website build take?

It depends on scope, but a focused UX redesign and Sanity build like Trivandi's typically runs around 8 to 10 weeks from kickoff to launch.

What problems did Trivandi's old website have?

Trivandi's legacy site ran on a slow, cumbersome system that made updates difficult and no longer reflected their rebranded identity or major-event and venue-management expertise. We replaced it with a UX-led redesign on Sanity and Next.js, giving them a fast, modern site that is easy for their team to keep current.

Can a consultancy team update the Sanity site without developers?

Yes. We set up Trivandi on Sanity with a clear editorial schema, so their consultancy team can publish and update content — case work, services, news — quickly and independently. That was a core goal of moving off the old CMS: removing the developer bottleneck while keeping the front-end fast.
