SaaS & Startup Product Engineering

SaaS and startup product engineering in Dubai — from validated idea to scalable MVP and multi-tenant SaaS platform, with the engineering discipline to grow it.

SaaS and startup product engineering is what we do best. Karve takes founders and product teams in Dubai and the wider UAE from a validated idea to a scalable product — and stays on to grow it. We pair sharp product and UX discovery with full-stack engineering, so the thing you launch is the thing the market actually wants — not a feature list nobody asked for.

From idea to MVP

Every build starts with a discovery sprint. We pressure-test the idea, map the smallest product that proves it, and hand you a fixed scope before a line of code is written. The discipline is in what we leave out — a sharp MVP beats a bloated one to market and to learning.

  • Discovery sprint, scope and a fixed-price MVP plan
  • Clickable prototype tested with real users before build
  • A working product in weeks, not quarters

Built to scale, not just to demo

Demos are easy; the foundations that hold up at the thousandth customer are not. We build authentication, billing, multi-tenancy and admin tooling as first-class concerns from day one, on the same disciplined full-stack web engineering stack we use across our product work: Laravel and Inertia.js with React, or Next.js, on PostgreSQL and modern cloud infrastructure.

Multi-tenant SaaS architecture

Tenant isolation, role-based access, usage metering and billing are designed in early, so onboarding your tenth customer costs the same effort as your hundredth. We treat data boundaries and security as architecture, not an afterthought bolted on under pressure.

Engineering discipline that compounds

Typed code, automated tests, CI/CD and observability mean you can ship weekly without breaking what already works. It is the same approach we describe in our write-up on front-end testing at scale — quality that lets a small team move fast and stay fast.

Product work, proven in market

We have built and rebuilt real platforms for real businesses — for example our work with SAAS Properties, where product thinking, UX and a fast modern stack came together in a platform that ships. After launch we can stay on as your embedded product team, shipping against the metrics that matter rather than handing over a repo and walking away.

The approach

We build SaaS products and startup MVPs end-to-end: product strategy, UX, and full-stack engineering on Laravel, Inertia.js and React or Next.js. Auth, billing, multi-tenancy and admin — the unglamorous foundations done right, so your roadmap does not collapse at the first thousand users. After launch we stay on as your product team, shipping against the metrics that matter.

What we do

MVP Build

A discovery sprint, a fixed-price plan and a working product in weeks — the smallest version that proves your idea in the market.

Multi-tenant SaaS

Tenant isolation, auth, role-based access, usage metering and billing designed in from day one, so customer number 100 costs no more effort than number 10.

Product Engineering

Full-stack engineering on Laravel, Inertia.js, React and Next.js with PostgreSQL — typed, tested and built to keep shipping.

Scaling & Reliability

Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and observability that let a small team ship weekly without breaking what already works.

Embedded Product Team

After launch we stay on as your engineering team, shipping against your roadmap and the metrics that matter.

How it runs

The same transparent shape every engagement follows — you always know where you are and what it costs.

01

Discover

A short, fixed-price sprint: audit, stakeholder interviews and the questions that decide the shape of the work.

02

Define

Scope, architecture and a fixed estimate — you know what's being built, why, and what it costs before we start.

03

Deliver

Tight design-build loops with weekly preview releases. You watch it become real on a URL, not in a deck.

04

Grow

Launch is the midpoint. Measurement, iteration and support keep the work earning after day one.

Fair questions

Can you build from just an idea, with no spec or designs?

Yes — most of our founders come to us with an idea, not a spec. That is exactly what the discovery sprint is for: over one to two weeks we pressure-test the concept, map the smallest product that proves it, and turn it into a clear product and UX scope. You leave with a clickable prototype, a fixed scope and a fixed price before you commit a dirham to the build — so the risk is bounded and you can decide with real information.

What does an MVP cost and how long does it take to ship?

Every MVP is scoped individually in the discovery sprint, where you get a fixed scope and a fixed price before any build commitment — no open-ended hourly surprises. As a rule of thumb a focused MVP ships in roughly six to twelve weeks, with the budget driven by the number of core flows rather than a feature wishlist. We deliberately keep the first release tight, because a sharp MVP reaches the market — and real user learning — far faster and far cheaper than a bloated one.

Do you build multi-tenant SaaS platforms that scale?

Yes — and we treat it as architecture, not an afterthought. Tenant isolation, role-based access, usage metering and billing are designed in from day one on our disciplined full-stack engineering stack, so onboarding your hundredth customer costs the same effort as your tenth. Because data boundaries and security are baked in early rather than bolted on under pressure, you avoid the expensive rewrite that catches most teams right as they start to grow.

What stack do you build on, and do I own the code?

We build on a deliberately boring, well-supported stack — Laravel with Inertia.js and React, or Next.js, on PostgreSQL and modern cloud infrastructure — chosen so you can hire for it anywhere and it will still be current in five years. Everything is typed, tested and shipped through CI/CD, so a small team can release weekly without breaking what already works. You own 100% of the code and IP in your own repository and cloud accounts from day one — there is no proprietary lock-in and no platform you have to keep paying us to access.

Are you Dubai-based, and can you work with founders elsewhere in the UAE or abroad?

We are a Dubai-based product team and work hands-on with founders across the UAE — Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the free zones — as well as remotely with overseas teams in nearby time zones. Working on the ground here means we understand local realities that affect SaaS products: UAE payment gateways and VAT-compliant billing, Arabic and right-to-left support when you need it, and data-residency expectations for regulated sectors. When data must stay in-region we can deploy to UAE or GCC cloud regions, so compliance is a design decision made early rather than a scramble before launch.

What happens after launch — do you stick around?

Launch is the start, not the finish. We stay on as your embedded product team if you want us — a monthly engineering retainer shipping against your roadmap and the metrics that matter, backed by our consultancy and support. As you grow and want to bring engineering in-house, we help you hire, document the system and hand over cleanly, so you are never trapped depending on us.
