Consultancy & Support
A senior digital consultancy and support partner in Dubai for roadmaps, platform decisions and SLA-backed support — before, during and long after launch.
Karve Digital is a digital consultancy and support partner for ambitious teams in Dubai and across the UAE. We help you make the platform and architecture decisions that are expensive to get wrong, then stay close once the build ships — auditing what you have, shaping what comes next, and keeping production stable under a service level agreement that matches how critical your platform is to the business. It is the difference between a vendor who disappears at launch and a partner who is still on the hook a year later.
Strategy and support, before and after launch
Most agencies are organised around shipping a project and moving on. We are organised around the long relationship. Whether you are choosing a platform, planning a re-platform, or working out why an existing build feels fragile, our job is a clear, evidence-based recommendation — then helping you act on it. That work sits alongside our web development and AI engineering practices, so a roadmap is never a slide deck with no one to build it.
Roadmapping and platform decisions
We turn a vague ambition into a sequenced plan: what to build, in what order, on what stack, and what it should realistically cost. We run vendor and platform evaluations, write or review RFPs, and pressure-test architecture before a line of code is committed. The deliverable is a roadmap your board can read and your engineers can build.
Typical engagements include:
- Platform and vendor selection (CMS, commerce, hosting, AI tooling)
- Architecture and technical due diligence on existing builds
- Re-platform and migration planning with a phased cutover
- RFP authoring and review, plus help scoring responses
Technical and security audits
Inherited a codebase you do not trust? We produce a written, prioritised assessment — what is solid, what is risky, and what each fix should cost — across code quality, security, performance and SEO health. Where performance is the issue, our recommendations line up with how Core Web Vitals actually move rankings, so you fix what users and search engines reward, not vanity metrics.
Ongoing support and SLAs
Once you are live, a support retainer keeps things that way: monitoring and incident response, a monthly allocation of senior engineering hours, and a quarterly review where we tell you what to fix before it becomes urgent. Critical platforms get tighter response targets; everything is transparent, with no lock-in and no surprise invoices.
Team augmentation and training
Sometimes you do not need an agency — you need senior people who can drop into your team and lift the level. We embed engineers, designers and strategists into your sprints, and we train your people so the capability stays after we leave. For brands running high-stakes digital programmes like Lollapalooza, that blend of embedded expertise and knowledge transfer is what makes the relationship last.
Why teams in Dubai work with us
We are engineers and strategists, not resellers, so the advice we give is the advice we would build on ourselves. We are transparent about cost and trade-offs, we work as one team with yours, and we are happy to be measured on outcomes rather than hours. If you need a senior partner to help you decide, deliver and stay stable, that is exactly what this service is for.
We act as an embedded digital partner: auditing what you have, shaping what comes next, and supporting platforms in production with SLAs that match how critical they are to your business. From technical and security audits to roadmapping and team augmentation, this is where long-term relationships live.
What we do
Roadmapping & Strategy
We sequence the work — what to build, in what order, on what stack — into a roadmap your board can read and your engineers can build.
Platform & Vendor Decisions
Independent CMS, commerce, hosting and AI tooling selection, with RFP authoring, review and vendor evaluation so you commit with confidence.
Technical & Security Audits
A written, prioritised assessment of code, security, performance and SEO health — what's solid, what's risky, and what each fix should cost.
Ongoing Support & SLAs
Monitoring, incident response and a monthly allocation of senior engineering hours, backed by an SLA tuned to how critical your platform is.
Team Augmentation
Senior engineers, designers and strategists who embed into your sprints and lift the level — capability that stays after we leave.
Training & Enablement
Hands-on training so your team can run, edit and extend the platform themselves, with a developer in the loop only when it's worth it.
Projects shaped by consultancy & support
Real engagements where this discipline did the heavy lifting.
How it runs
The same transparent shape every engagement follows — you always know where you are and what it costs.
Discover
A short, fixed-price sprint: audit, stakeholder interviews and the questions that decide the shape of the work.
Define
Scope, architecture and a fixed estimate — you know what's being built, why, and what it costs before we start.
Deliver
Tight design-build loops with weekly preview releases. You watch it become real on a URL, not in a deck.
Grow
Launch is the midpoint. Measurement, iteration and support keep the work earning after day one.
“Their input into our social strategy has been incredible. We are already having conversations with great UAE brands...”
Fair questions
Do you offer strategy without the build, and can we take the recommendation elsewhere?
Yes. Roadmapping, platform selection and audits are standalone engagements — you own every deliverable and are free to act on it with your in-house team or any other vendor, with no obligation to rebuild with us. We deliberately keep advisory work independent of delivery so the recommendation is honest rather than a sales pitch for our own web development and AI engineering teams. If you do decide to build with us afterwards, that is a separate decision you make on the merits.
How much does a consultancy engagement cost and how long does it take?
It depends on scope, but most advisory work is priced as a fixed-fee project rather than open-ended hours, so you know the cost before we start. A focused platform or vendor selection typically runs two to four weeks; a technical and security audit of an existing build is usually one to three weeks depending on the size of the codebase; a full roadmap can take four to six weeks once stakeholder interviews are factored in. Ongoing support is a separate monthly retainer sized to how critical your platform is. The fastest way to a real number is a short scoping call — get in touch and we will give you a fixed quote with the deliverables spelled out.
What does the engagement process look like and what do we actually get?
We start with stakeholder interviews and a review of your current platform, team and goals, then work through the technical detail — architecture, code, security, performance — and finish with a written, prioritised recommendation rather than a slide deck. The deliverable is a roadmap your board can read and your engineers can build: what to do, in what order, on what stack, and what each step should realistically cost. We walk you through it live, leave you the document, and stay available to help you act on it — including helping you brief or score other vendors if you would rather build elsewhere.
Can you audit work built by another agency or in-house team?
Yes, and discreetly. You get a written, evidence-based assessment across code quality, security, performance and SEO health — what is solid, what is risky, and what each fix should cost — that you can act on with us or anyone else, with no obligation to rebuild with Karve. Where performance is the problem, our recommendations are grounded in how Core Web Vitals actually move rankings, so you spend on the fixes that users and search engines reward rather than vanity metrics.
What does a support retainer and SLA include, and is there lock-in?
A retainer covers monitoring and incident response, a defined service level agreement with response targets tuned to how critical your platform is, a monthly allocation of senior engineering hours, and a quarterly review where we flag what to fix before it becomes urgent. Pricing and response times are transparent, there is no lock-in and no surprise invoices, and it is the natural continuation of a web development build — the same team that shipped it keeps it healthy. We support platforms we did not build too, once we have completed an audit first.
Can you embed senior people into our existing team rather than run the whole project?
Yes — team augmentation is a core part of this service. We embed senior engineers, designers and strategists into your sprints, work to your process and tools, and train your people as we go so the capability stays once we step back. For brands in Dubai and across the UAE running high-stakes programmes like Lollapalooza, that blend of embedded expertise and knowledge transfer is what makes the relationship last well beyond a single project.
