SAAS Properties — Real Estate Website UX Design & Sanity CMS Development in Dubai

SAAS Properties wanted to refresh their flagship website to better represent their brand and showcase luxury property offerings to potential clients and consultants. The engagement built on a previous successful collaboration with Karve on the Fedary project.
The existing site didn't match the brand's visual standards, lacked engaging UX for presenting luxury property, and suffered from suboptimal performance — enough to warrant a complete platform migration rather than a patch.
Having already partnered on Fedary, we knew what SAAS Properties cared about: a site that does justice to exceptional real estate. So we rebuilt the flagship from the ground up on a headless foundation, with Sanity development giving the team a content model as flexible as their portfolio.
What we built
- A new front end on Next.js with Sanity as the headless CMS, deployed on Vercel.
- Multiple design rounds to optimise brand representation and customer engagement.
- A scalable technical foundation built to support future growth.
Why it works
Working closely with the SAAS team to interpret their vision, we delivered a site that finally matches the brand's visual standards and presents luxury property in a way that engages clients and consultants alike — on infrastructure that can scale as the business grows.
The approach

We collaborated closely with the SAAS team to translate their vision into a clear brand and UX direction, running multiple design rounds to optimise brand representation and customer engagement.
Headless platform migration
We rebuilt the site on Next.js with Sanity CMS as the headless infrastructure, deployed on Vercel — a scalable technical foundation that resolves the previous performance issues.

Questions
Do you build real estate websites in Dubai?
Yes. Karve designs and builds real estate and property websites for clients in Dubai and across the UAE, including luxury-property brands like SAAS Properties and Fedary.
Why use Sanity CMS for a property website?
Sanity gives your team flexible, in-house control over listings and content, while a Next.js front-end on Vercel keeps the site fast and scalable — ideal for presenting luxury property well.
Can you migrate an existing property website to a new platform?
Yes. For SAAS Properties we ran a complete platform migration to a headless Next.js and Sanity setup, resolving the performance and UX limitations of the previous site.
Can the site support Arabic and right-to-left layouts?
Yes. Our builds support English and Arabic with full right-to-left rendering, which matters for property brands serving the UAE market.
What was wrong with the previous SAAS Properties website?
The earlier site had performance and user-experience limitations that held the brand back — it was slower than it should be and harder to manage and present luxury property well. Our complete migration to a headless Next.js and Sanity setup resolved those issues, pairing a faster front-end with a refreshed visual identity and far easier content control.
Will moving platforms affect our search rankings?
Handled carefully, a migration protects and usually improves SEO. For SAAS Properties we moved to a server-side-rendered Next.js front-end with clean, crawlable markup and strong performance, and preserved the site's structure and URLs where it mattered — so the relaunch supported search visibility rather than risking it.
